If you want to access the system outside the office, for example, while traveling, at a client's location, or at home, and the office internet is down or there is a power outage, you will not be able to access your important data. If the server fails, gets infected with a virus, or becomes unusable due to a Windows update, your data could be lost. Furthermore, if you use the system alone and install it on your laptop, you also face risks like dropping, losing, or having it stolen, which could result in a data protection incident requiring reporting under GDPR regulations.

In contrast, an online system is not dependent on the operating system, as it runs in a browser, allowing you to log in from any computer in your office. If you decide not to renew your subscription, you can still log in to the system at any time without a valid licence and view your data without restrictions. However, modifications or adding new data are only possible with a valid licence. Even after expiry, you can decide to use our system again. Once the subscription is renewed, you can continue where you left off. In summary: your data and database will only be deleted upon your explicit request, and this will be done free of charge.
